ambicon GmbH wants everyone to be able to use our website and online services—regardless of any disability or limitation. On this page, in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG, Section 14(2) in conjunction with Annex 3), we provide information on how our services meet accessibility requirements.

This information applies to the website www.ambicon.at in all language versions (German, English, Bosnian, Italian), including the contact forms and the online appointment scheduling feature.

Our Services

ambicon GmbH provides accounting and management consulting services. We assist entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and businesses with bookkeeping, payroll processing, annual financial statements, business formation, and management consulting.

Through this website, you can:

  • learn more about our services,

  • send us an inquiry via a contact form,

  • Book an appointment online—for example, for a free informational session, a callback, or a consultation to discuss your prognosis—,

  • As a client, access the client portal.

How to Use Our Online Services

Book an appointment

The „Schedule an Appointment,“ „Book an Appointment,“ „Schedule a Consultation,“ and „Schedule a Callback“ buttons open our booking calendar. You select a date and time, enter your name and email address, and receive a confirmation via email. Depending on your cookie settings, the calendar will open in a pop-up window on our website or in a new browser tab.

You can also schedule any appointment by phone at +43 1 908 19 99, by email to office@ambicon.at or schedule an appointment using the contact form—under the same terms and conditions.

Contact Form

You'll find the contact form at the bottom of every page. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). After submitting the form, you'll see a confirmation page, and we'll get back to you. There's also a separate inquiry form on the page for the forecast consultation.

Consulting

We'll coordinate with you to determine how the meeting will take place—online or in person at our office in Vienna.

How We Meet Accessibility Requirements

The basis for this is the harmonized standard EN 301 549, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Conformity Level AA for websites. Among other things, the following have been implemented:

  • All functions can be operated using the keyboard, including the appointment buttons, menus, and expandable content. The keyboard focus is clearly visible.

  • A „Skip to content“ link at the top of the page takes you directly to the main content.

  • The pages are organized with headings, navigation sections, and descriptive page titles; the navigation elements have unique names.

  • Images have alternative text; purely decorative graphics are skipped by screen readers.

  • Text and controls have sufficient contrast (text contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1).

  • Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and the browser supports auto-fill.

  • There is no automatically scrolling content; customer reviews only change when you click on them.

  • Each language version is labeled with the correct language so that screen readers can read the text aloud correctly.

  • The content can be enlarged to 200 % and adapts to small screens.

Status of Compatibility

The content and features of this website, which we create and are responsible for, comply with the requirements of WCAG 2.1, Level AA, and the EN 301 549 standard compatible. For information on integrated third-party services, see the notes below.

Third-Party Services

  • Online Appointment Scheduling: The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. According to its Accessibility Statement Many features comply with WCAG 2.1 AA; any outstanding issues are being addressed on an ongoing basis. If you are unable to use the calendar, we would be happy to schedule your appointment by phone at +43 1 908 19 99 or by email to office@ambicon.at.

  • Google Reviews: The reviews are displayed via a widget (Trustindex). The review texts are written by customers and appear in their original language.

  • Client Portal: The client portal (BMD Com) is an external application from the software vendor BMD and is not part of this website. If you are unable to use it, we will work with you to find an alternative solution—please contact us.

All the information on this page is also available upon request in spoken form (by phone) or in another accessible format, such as a plain text document via email.
